 It was a good opportunity that I availed to attend a five day academic session on Policy Making for higher educationat NIEPA, New Delhi. The policy on quality and equity for higher education is discussed on the fiday sessions and fianlly we prepared the polcy docuemnt. It was a session to have onnovative academic relations.
