 As per the direction from the University of Calicut and Boar of Studies- Music for a training session on 31-12 -2024. It was an excellent academic session as a master trainer at the venue. Interacted with teachers of HIE at the University of Calicut, who teach Music. And it was an opportunity to meet with Ms. Ajitha, my former student, who is assistant professor there in economics, 

 24-12-2024 10:30 am to 01:45 pm Today, I was invited by the Director of MMTTC, GGV, Bilaspur, to take two sessions in a Short-Term Course on ICT for higher education classrooms and Innovative education for higher education. It was an excellent opportunity to share my vision with higher education teachers from various parts of the country. I thank the director of MMTTC, GGV, for the opportunity.   

 22-12-2024  Thre hour session as Resource Person on "Creative Mind" with the BAMS students of Santhigiri Ayurveda Medical College, Olasseri, Palakkad. It was on their NSS program held at Kinasseri, Palkkad. It was truly a good time with the young students of Ayurvedic medicine. The participants and RP were so happy. Thanks to the organizers,  particularly to Dr, Sujith.

  19-12-2024 Thursday  Today I am invited by BVN B Ed College, Kallekkad, Palakkad for a session on Education Theater for  B Ed students of the college. It was an excellent experience with the students in the college. The students were enviously joined with me for planning and demonstrating the learning tasks and activities in the session. The session was the 2029th session on Education Theater. 

 18-12-2024 Today, as a resource person, I participated in a session on Education Theater for the college's B Ed students. I am always happy to be with my students in my college. From the feedback, I understood their interest in the session. It was a good session with their excellent participation in activities. Another happiness is that it was the 2028th session of education theater. 

  ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING OF AIAER TO BE HELD AT 3 PM ON 18.12.2024 (BLENDED MODE) at 5pm  Participated in the annual general body meeting of the All India Association of Educational Researchers. I joined online. Interacted with colleagues.  

19-12-2024 Education Theater session at BVN CTE Palakkad  I am invited by BVN B Ed college Kallekkad, Resource Person for a workshop on "Education Theatre" on 19-12-2024 in this college in connection with the Community Living Camp for BEd students. I am pleased enough to acknowledge that this is his 2029th on the topic 'Education Theatre'.

 Education Theatre Session on 18-12-2024 at NSSTC  I am honored to organize a workshop on the topic of the "Education Theater" session for B Ed students. It was 2028th session on the topic. It is a great recognition from the college to organize the 2028th session on the topic.  I clicked selfies with students 

 Today, 11-12-2024 - KPPM College of Teacher Education, Anakkayam , Malappuram invited me to a workshop on Education Theatre for B Ed students of the college. The session is held from 2 pm to 5 pm. This is the 16th year the college is inviting me for the session on Education Theater or Socialized Simulation Skills and Techniques or Creative Dramatics.    Thanks to Prof Devenand, the Principal, and all the faculty members for the invitation.  Students were enthusiastically joined with me throughout the session. it was truly a good academic session. Finally, they joined for a selfi photo also. 

 Session on Education Theater at KPPM College of Education, Anakkayam, Manjeri, Mlpm  KPPM CTE invited me to the Education Theater workshop this year also. This may be my 18th session there, one each for the last 18 years! Thanks to principal Prof Devanand, the management of the college, and the teachers. 

Bilaspur,   GGV- MMTTC Session on ICT and Education Technology for Higher Education  10-12-2024  Today I am invited by MMTTC, Guru Gasidas Viswavidyalaya, Bilaspur to handle sessions on ICT and Education Technology for Higher Education. The session was from 2 pm to 5 pm. It was truly a good session with very effective engagment by the participants. I must specially thank Dr. Sandeep Metha of Baroda (Perul University Rajasthan) and Vikas Kumar Tivari of VVRU , Bilaspur for their online support.  

Leadership in Higher Education - Three days workshop  I have enjoyed the academic opportunity of being part of an International Workshop on Leadership in Higher Education held at Chenani organised by WCC, Chnnai and USIEF. It was good days with Maya Sudnerrajan (USIEF S.Indian region head) Prof. Anitha Rampal, Prof. Pooja Bathra, Prof Gladiston and many others. It was truly an enriching program to the academic career.
