  Deeksharambh at Sree Sankara College, Kalady 19-08-2026 Today, I was truly honoured to inaugurate the Deeksharambh Programme of the Department of Management Studies, Sree Sankara College, Kalady, Ernakulam. It was a wonderful opportunity to interact with a group of young and aspiring students who are beginning an important phase of their academic and professional journey. Sree Sankara College is one of the oldest colleges in Kerala and is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University. Being part of the Deeksharambh programme at such a reputed institution was indeed a privilege. During my interaction with the students, I reflected on the relevance of being educated in the true sense and being adaptable to the changing demands of society and the world of work.   A National Seminar on Teacher Education: Reflecting on Challenges and Future Directions As the IQAC Coordinator of NSS Training College, Ottapalam, I had the privilege of organising a two-day national-level research seminar on “Teacher Education in India: Challenges and Future Directions”, held on 13 and 14 August 2026 at the college. The seminar was an important academic initiative of the institution and provided a valuable platform for engaging with contemporary issues, emerging trends, and future possibilities in teacher education.  It offered an opportunity to bring together teacher educators, researchers, scholars, and postgraduate students for serious academic deliberations on the changing landscape of teacher education in India. 05-08-2026 - Siksha Deeksha program at Salafiyya Training College, Pattambi

  Inauguration of the Siksha Deeksha Programme at Salafiyya Training College, Karinganad, Pattambi I was truly honoured to be invited by Salafiyya Training College, Pattambi, to inaugurate the Siksha Deeksha Programme for the 2026–28 B.Ed. batch. The programme marked the formal commencement of the new B.Ed. programme and provided an opportunity to interact with the prospective teachers at the beginning of their professional journey. As part of the college’s meaningful tradition, a sapling was planted on the occasion of the Siksha Deeksha programme for each new batch. I had the privilege of planting the sapling for the 2026–28 batch. This thoughtful practice symbolises the growth and development of prospective teachers and reminds us that teacher education, like nurturing a tree, requires patience, care, commitment, and a long-term vision. 29--07-2026 NEP senistisation program at Yuvakshetra College of Managment, Palakkad

 It was a good academic oppoertunity to deliver a lecture and organize a session on "NEP 2020 Vicion for Interdisciplinar Innovation and Crosssector Enterpreneurship" for Computer science department at Yuakshetra college of managment studies. It was a good session to evaluate the implimentation progress of NEP on the sixt year of the policy introduction. I thank cordially to Dr. Praveen, HOD of the depatment and other teachers and Father Linto for the opportunity.

 It was a good academci session of Faculty developemnt Program at PK Das Liberal Arts and Science College, Lakkidi, Palakkad, Kerala.  The college is one of teh prestigious institutions of Nehru Education Group, Palakkad and Coimbatore.  Today (25-07-2026) I was the RP for a three hours session in the Faculty Developemnt Program  organised for the Nehru Colleges' Teachers. The topic assigned me was "Effective Calsroom Managemnt and Pedagogy- Higher Education Percpective" . Happy to be with the youg academic team
